Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If there’s a problem, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

Placing an order

Placing an Order

Ordering from us is easy! Just browse our shop, choose the products you love, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, head to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. You'll receive an order confirmation by email, and we'll start preparing your items right away. If you have any questions during the process, feel free to reach out — we're always here to help.

Delivery

We strive to make sure your products find their way to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected delivery method, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your mischief every step of the way.

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control — but if something goes sideways, reach out and we’ll do everything we can to help make it right.

Returns & refunds



Because each item is made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order.

If something’s wrong, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. If it's on us, we’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Please double-check your order details before checking out, as we’re unable to offer refunds for incorrect sizes, color changes, or buyer’s remorse.
